Welcome to our first postdoc, Dr. Bradford A. Barker, from the Louie group in physics at UC Berkeley. His thesis was on strong spin-orbit effects in solids, and will be working on application of the GW/Bethe-Salpeter Equation methodology to open-shell transition-metal complexes.
